I am JaNae, creator of JanaeJavan. We specialize in Home Textiles and Apothecary products using the highest-grade Italian Linens and natural ingredients. All products are handmade and tested only on humans.
I didn't go to school for design. Everything I know, I learned from my mother Carolyn. We were in the beginning stages of starting a business making duvet covers before she passed. In her honor, I named this business after her two children, my brother Javan and myself.
Returns
Exchanges + Returns
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of you ordering, as long as your order has not
already shipped. To proceed please contact us with your order number.
Apothecary:
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact us if you aren't 100% satisfied - we'd love to make it right!
Linens:
Our policy allows 14 days to request a refund or exchange. If 14 days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund but can be applied to an exchange up to 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

our Contact page within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To complete exchange or return. Customer is responsible for return shipment cost.
Once we have received your request for return or exchange, we will notify you of the approval of your refund your refund will be processed and credit will be issued to your credit card or original method of payment.

Damaged Product/Incorrect Item
If you receive a damaged item, email us on our contact page immediately. We will replace any damaged items provided they are reported with damaged photos before unpacking, damage claim number from carrier and within 24 hours of order delivery.
When will my product Ship?
Order Turnaround Time:
Unless a product is out of stock or custom made, all orders are made to order and shipped within 7 business days, this excludes weekends and holidays. Should the shipping of your order be delayed more than 5 business days (standard shipping), we will inform you of any delays.
We will provide you with a tracking number once your product is ready for shipment. This email will be sent to the email provided at time of checkout.
We are not responsible for incorrect address or for stolen items after successful delivery. If you suspect issues with stolen merchandise, please contact us and we will ship with required signature.
